System integration that keeps your business tools in step.
System integration connects the tools you use today, so a change in one reaches the others without retyping. Most tools offer an API, which lets one program ask another for data. SoftDeck builds business integrations through those APIs and adds AI where it helps, mapping fields and checking records, with a person reviewing exceptions.
Systems kept in stepWhere integration pays off first.
Staff type the same record into several systems.
Two systems disagree about which record is current.
Reports wait while someone pulls numbers from three tools.
A spreadsheet is the glue between two systems.
A tool has no connection, so staff enter work by hand.
A change in one system reaches the next.
Two examples: a plain integration, and one with an AI step added.

Illustrative examples. We agree the systems, the fields and the review points with you in the AI assessment.
What we build.
Business integrations and AI integration, built through your tools' own APIs.
Founder experience with integrations.

in transactions supported by the VCEX platform, built on APIs and microservices. SoftDeck's founder also worked on the UNSW rebuild, which used OAuth and Azure AD. Neither was a SoftDeck engagement.

- 1AssessList the systems, what moves between them and who owns each. Find what to connect, keep, improve or replace.
- 2BuildBuild the connections through each tool's API. If a tool has none, find a safer route. Add AI steps where they help.
- 3SupportWatch the connections after launch and fix them when a tool changes. Add the next link when the first runs well.
What is the difference between business integration and AI integration?
Business integration moves data between your tools so each one shows the same facts. AI integration adds a step that reads, classifies or drafts along the way, such as pulling the right details from a free-text email. Many projects use both.
What are API integration services?
An API lets one program ask another for data or make a change. API integration services use those connections to link your tools, so your team stops copying data between them by hand.
Which systems can you connect?
We connect customer relationship management (CRM) systems, accounting tools, email, document stores and line-of-business software through their APIs. Tell us what you use, and the assessment confirms what we can connect.
Can you connect a tool that has no API?
It depends on the tool. If a system has no API, we look for a safer route or a targeted upgrade, and the assessment sets out your options.
Do we have to replace our current systems?
No. We build around them. The assessment starts with your current setup and identifies what we can connect, keep, improve or replace.
What does system integration cost?
We price by scope. Send the systems involved, what should move between them, the outcome you want and your timeframe, and we reply with a next step and an estimate.
Where do you work?
